She has also stopped all personal hygiene.   her right leg is stiff and she walks with a pronounced limp, dragging her right foot.   she also holds her right arm in a half-bent, stationary pose when she walks. She is having incontinence problems. Things started to deteriorate when she was 62; she is now 64. I am her sole caregiver, and have to do everything for her, even choosing clothes to wear and helping her put them on.  obviously, i do all food preparation.
